We ship to most countries in the world. When you have added the products you wish to purchase to the shopping cart, click on "estimate shipping" and then select your country to see the shipping costs. If you see nothing under "Available Shipping Methods", that means we cannot ship to your country.
Once you place your order, you will receive an e-mail from Paypal confirming your payment.
Please keep that email as it is your proof of purchase from us.
Orders will be processed within 3 business days.
An email will be sent to you once the order is shipped.
Orders that include probiotics will be hand-deliver. (For local only).
Products sold are not refundable.
We are not liable for any customs delay or confiscation of the products that we ship. Please ensure that you have the legal rights to import the products that you have ordered into your own country.
