Products sold are not refundable.
We ship to most countries in the world. When you have added the products you wish to purchase to the shopping cart, click on "estimate shipping" and then select your country to see the shipping costs. If you see nothing under "Available Shipping Methods", that means we cannot ship to your country. International shipment may be subject to such import taxes, custom duties and other fees charged by the foreign authorities.
Once you place your order, you will receive an e-mail from Paypal confirming your payment. Please keep that email as it is your proof of purchase from us. Orders will be processed in about 5 business days. Another email will be sent to you once the order is shipped.
Orders that include probiotics will be hand-delivered (for Singapore mainland only).
Once the product leaves our facility, we are not responsible for delays, damages or losses to it. Please ensure that you have the legal rights to import the products that you have ordered into your own country to avoid any problems with customs clearance.
If you believe that there are manufacturing defects or mistakes made by our staff in filling your order, please feel free to email us. We will consider your request on a case by case basis.
